Under the DSEAR (Dangerous Substances & Explosive Atmospheres Regulations) all staff who participate in the delivery of fuel to forecourts and similar require training to ensure that they are 'competent persons'. The ACOP (Approved Code of Practice for Receiving Petrol Deliveries) details the requirements. This half-day training can be provided on-site.
